Alissa to the rescue one more time. The only person that seems to care and have any urgency in satisfyinga concerned customer. Suggestion, when hiring a new writer train that person properly. No team atmosphere seen, people working as individuals. One person is not the answer. There is always a line of mechanics surrounding Alissa and a line of people waiting to be taken care of properly. One person cannot always be the go to person for everything. Honestly, you do not want to know what I would rate your entire Service Department.
