I made an appointment 10 days in advance and upon my arrival I was told my appointment had been rescheduled. Per my text messages, the appointment was confirmed the day prior and then changed within the hour of that confirmation. The service rep did honor my original appointment date. The car was in for an oil change. Additional services were recommended and I feel the pricing for those services are high.
