Service in general is good, but it is too much delayed. Messed up my schedule. I had a flat tire and made an appointment two days ago and one person called me a day before asking the tire brand. When I arrived the dealership for repair they did not have a stock meaning that they did not order the tire before the service day.

I want to express my gratitude for James and the excellent service he provided during my recent visit. He was professional, effective, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. James was able to get my car in even after my scheduled appointment, and he made sure I was out of the building before 12 p.m., which I greatly appreciated. He also clearly communicated with me about whether I wanted to move forward with having my brake pads replaced and my tires rotated. His efficiency, respect, and professionalism stood out throughout the entire process. I truly value the service James provided, and I look forward to continuing to work with him as my service consultant.

Curtesy cars are not available through the end of the month, despite the agreement. People cannot wait that long for unplanned. Scheduling was giving a 2 week period, and had to drive out to get an urgent appointment. So double the distance to get it done, nit even talking about the time and use of another car to get it fixed. But once there al was fine and timely work. Thanks
