    Because I paid for an oil change and tire rotation, and while both were done, they didn’t reset the tpms.

    Honestly could be a 1. I dropped my car off on a Monday and didn’t hear anything for a week. When I finally called on Friday, I was told the work hadn’t begun yet and it would take at least until Monday or Tuesday to get the parts. I called again Monday and was told they’d start the work soon. Again, I had to reach out on Friday. My agent was available but called me back to tell me the car was ready. Communication was awful, if I hadn’t reached out who knows if the work ever would’ve begun. And if I didn’t keep checking in who knows when it would’ve been ready. The only bright spot was Terry, the shuttle driver.

    I have been purchasing my cars and leasing them since 2008. Jack Daniels has always been a very customer focused and friendly service center. Sad to say that is no longer the case.

    The service center was very helpful in setting proper expectation of time for each part of the repair process including working with the insurance company for my service request. Also, they were very helpful in letting me know that I could tow my car there as well as getting me a loaner for the duration of the repair. I got daily follow ups as well along the way which was very helpful too.

    The machine to scan checks has to be fixed. Don’t tell people you accept checks and then have to get charged an extra fee to put it on a credit card.
