His dedication to making my experience as pleasant as possible was evident, and his professionalism truly stood out. However, the overall experience was somewhat marred by the extended wait time. I arrived at the dealership when it opened, and despite David's efforts to expedite the process, I didn't leave with my new car until 2:10 PM. The prolonged wait was a bit frustrating and impacted my overall satisfaction. In summary, while David's exceptional service deserves high praise, the extended wait time was a notable downside. I’m giving a rating of 4 stars due to the delay, but David’s outstanding assistance and dedication made the experience worthwhile.
