Elder (the person who helped me), listened carefully and understood the issues that were occurring with my vehicle. He was able to take my vehicle directly to the service area to be tested.

I made an appointment 10 days in advance and upon my arrival I was told my appointment had been rescheduled. Per my text messages, the appointment was confirmed the day prior and then changed within the hour of that confirmation. The service rep did honor my original appointment date. The car was in for an oil change. Additional services were recommended and I feel the pricing for those services are high.

Paul and the entire team at Jack Daniels VW are the best! We returned to buy our second Tiguan. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The new showroom is beautiful.
