This was my 11th time for service. The service department is the only good thing about Volkswagen. Waited 4 hours for diagnostic test and a new battery. The company makes garbage cars which swamps their service department, but they are always good. I would never buy another Volkswagen or recommend one to someone. The service department deserves raises.
