Although I was unable to get through to anyone over the phone, upon my arrival, my service advisor Andrew, immediately put me at ease. He listened to my concerns and got me into the queue to have my vehicle looked at. He communicated with me along with the service technician. He put me at ease and was very kind. Kindness goes a long way. I left knowing I was going to leave a great review. I want to thank him again for his fabulous customer service, even when we realized there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, I had misread a gauge , he did not belittle me or make me feel foolish. Thank you Andrew!

I experienced several issues with your service recently. First, the app did not work—I attempted to schedule an appointment, but when I called to confirm on Monday, they had no record of it. What's the point of using the app if it’s unreliable? Additionally, when I initially booked the appointment over the phone, I was told my first oil change would be free, but it wasn’t. There was also confusion at the service center when I arrived. The staff assumed I would drop off the car and pick it up the next day, even though I had planned to wait during the service. The 3% credit card surcharge was only mentioned at the register, which was inconvenient as I didn’t have cash. Knowing this in advance would have allowed me to prepare accordingly. I recommend notifying customers of this surcharge when appointments are scheduled. The car wash at the end was also disappointing. It was so ineffective that the car actually looked cleaner before. It felt like just throwing a bucket of water over the car. That said, the staff I dealt with on Tuesday evening (11/05) was very helpful and kind. I experienced no other issues.
