Literally the worst experience in my life. I bought a pre-owned car there and everything was wr9ng with it including a dr8ving modes not working, cruise control not working, notifications on my car panel lighting up, my daylights not working, the RPMs reving very high even at a low acceleration and a very foul odor coming from the interior. If that wasn't bad enough, the day after I turned in my vehicle I had left my ezpass on the windshield of my car and an employee stole it. They ran up the bill while driving through multiple states. I already filed a police report for theft. I informed the manager Doug and he was very dismissive of the whole situation. He did tell me to come in to get my vehicle fixed which I did a couple weeks later when I had an opening in my schedule. When I arrived Doug had me wait in the sales department while they had my car in service. Four and a half hours went by and they returned my car without one thing fixed and the car wasn't even cleaned as promised. I took off a half day from work only to have my time completely wasted. Obviously I had to bring in my car AGAIN for service. They said my car was ready for pickup after a week. When I arrived the car's cruise control still did not work. My husband and I did confirm over the phone and in person that the cruise control was fixed with Kevin. Not only did the cruise control not work, but the foul odor was still there. I put my expensive bag in the backseat on the floor and it was covered in some sort of grease and ruined. The next morning when I entered my car my windshield was covered with condensation on the inside from whatever they washed it with and didn't dry it. Now that's it's cold outside I enter my car with a sheet of ice on the windshield in the interior. I spoke to Alyssa which is Kevin's apparent manager to bring my car in AGAIN. She said she would get back to me in a week to set up a loaner car for TODAY however, I still have not heard from anyone. This is BEYOND FRUSTRATING! I have a very busy schedule and have been a customer for over 20 years and this is beyond unacceptable! At this point how can you make this right?

The start to end service experience provided by this facility was fantastic. The incredibly welcoming front desk person, the arrangement of the show room allowing a person to browse the cars and organically make their way to sales person, the relaxed and highly professional atmosphere, all of that combined is appreciated and embodies the beginning to end service of this dealership.

They were just great. The only thing good about Jack Daniel's service is the coffee in the waiting area.
