    Very attentive and cordial. Samantha kept updating me of what they were doing to my car and the mechanic was really nice to send me a video also.

    The staff at Jack Daniel's are great and helpful. Unfortunately it took 4 days vs the original estimate of 1 to 2 days to coming the recall service. I had to contact them for status several times before I got an update. After 2 days, I think I should have been offered a loaner car.

    This is the 5th time I brought my car in for this service. I was told it would take 1 day with no guarantee, and it took 3 days. I was also denied a loner car on top of the ubers that I had already paid for during the 5 different services for the same problem. I was contacted by Alissa and she was very helpful in getting my car driven back to me. Car also did not receive the complimentary wash

    I’ve been leasing cars for many years. In fact I was previously with VW. When you shake hands and agree on a deal. It must be honored. The dealer did not honor that. It added another fee at the end. After specifically stating that everything was included. Multiple times. In addition The car was not ready to take home same day. Car was not charged. Electric Not knowledge of what’s included in the car
