Friendly service with a nice waiting area which provides some table space to work remotely or a seating area with a TV, complimentary coffee and bottled water. They came over to provide an update from time to time. Unfortunately they couldn't complete the door handle replacements on our 23 ID.4 due to having the wrong parts. Note that I was there for a 20k service not the recall but they thought they had the parts so they were going to attempt to do the recall work. Due to the OTA software updates failing, they would require to keep our car for two days to complete the task. When they call us for the recall work, we'll most likely leave the car with them for two days. In the end, they did complete the 20k mile service and washed our car for us.
