Carlos was my service representative and he was phenomenal, he went out of his way to explain the different services as well as keeping me updated on status. I have been a Jack Daniel's customer since 1985 and the reason is because of the service department.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at JD-VW during our drop in visit and product specialist Alex Aleksich played a key role in our entire experience there. Alex took a very educational approach; he expertly walked us through all of our options, took us for a test drive while pointing out product nuances and showcasing it's engineering features; had us drive the vehicle back testing out new features and helped us navigate the best offers.
