I brought my car and never received a call on the day it was serviced. I had to call the following day, twice. The second time, someone was able to answer my questions. The work that was done was completed as requested. I had an issue with the car, that could not be replicated and unfortunately, could not be identified.

Dylan was great, however the night I was supposed to get my car at 4:45, it wasn’t ready from the service center and I waited there until after 6:00 and eventually had to come back the next day- resulting in me keeping my rental an extra day.
