I had to speak with the manager at the dealership to get him to speak with service. We bought a certified pre-owned car that had a major problem. It should never have been sold in that condition. It should also have been fixed immediately when the problem was brought to their attention. After driving the car, there seems to be another problem. The staff is friendly, but they should not clear cars to be sold as certified unless the work has actually been done.
