Why are you sending me a survey they haven’t even finished my car. It’s been in the shop for 3 weeks and I haven’t heard one word about what’s going on with it. I called my advisor (Carlos) and he has no clue other than “they couldn’t verify it” well it’s hard to verify a problem if you don’t drive the car at all. The mileage on my car was the same, they hadn’t even test drove it and tried to tell me it was done because they can’t verify it. I sent them videos of the fault occurring and was still told they couldn’t verify it. I’ve been a technician for another brand for over 15 years, this has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced personally and professionally. Not a single phone call in 3 weeks and they tried to tell me they called and emailed, no they didn’t. This is ridiculous, I’m about to have to make a lease payment on a car I haven’t seen in almost a month now. I’ll never be purchasing another vw or Audi and could not recommend this dealer any less.
