I will say thanks to Samantha and Terry for extending a big welcome to me. Samantha told me the job would be done in less than 2 hours and she made that happen. Also Terry came around and checked on all of us customers in the waiting room making sure that we were given coffee and water. Just making us feel comfortable. I totally had a good experience.

The service department is highly incompetent. They held my car for the first service appointment for over 6 weeks. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The second time it need a fuel pump replacement. This is a brand new car, when the car was finally returned there was a bag from Wendy's in it. The service workers were eating food in my car and left their garbage in it. Also the phone system did not work for weeks so I had to text the manager on her personal phone which also was highly unprofessional
