The whole experience wasn’t great. Fromm calling to schedule to the arrival and check in and check out. No one had a record of the problem, had to repeat myself again and again with each person, and at the end, some of the work wasn’t done correctly and the car came back with a new electrical problem.

Waited over four hours for an oil change service that I had an appointment for, was never emailed a inspection report or a report about the service is offered, and my fluids weren’t topped off and I had to return to the service center to have it done.

Wait time is sometimes longer than anticipated due to disorganized process. Staff are great though
