    Excellent service! I had an oil emergency and Jack Daniels VW was able to accomodate me with limited notice. I really appreciate their help.

    I went in for an oil change, as well as to have a few issues looked at, most of which revolve around the stereo infotainment system. I also had flagged issues with it when I was in for my first oil change. The first time they said they couldn’t replicate the issue and reset the system and sent me on my way. This time they said they couldn’t replicate it, I had the most up to date software, and if it happened again, to take a photo of it. I explained the issues happen when I’m driving and I cannot take a picture.
