    The wait to get a loaner vehicle is over two hours. This is unacceptable. Especially if you scheduled and notified shop that a vehicle will be needed before hand.

    Very disappointed with my recent experience at Volkswagen. I brought my car in for service, and they refused to perform certain work for reasons that didn’t seem valid or well explained. After that, they returned my car without washing it, which is something I’ve come to expect after service. When I asked about getting it washed, I was told there was only one car ahead of me, so I decided to wait. Unfortunately, that ‘short wait’ turned into an hour, with no updates or communication along the way. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care left me feeling like my time and concerns didn’t matter. Definitely not the experience I expected. First and last visit.

    This was for the standard 10k scheduled maintenance. The car was flawless for the first 9 months I’ve had it, no issues or warning lights at all. Only 2 days after the service, the check oil light comes on. The service department didn’t put enough oil in during the change. I drove approx. 200 miles before the light came on which is 200 miles more than should be driven on an engine with low oil. There is also new scuff on the bottom of my steering wheel at 8 o’clock that was not there before I had the car serviced. Most likely one of the service techs got in or out of the vehicle during the service and their belt or clothing scratched that area of the wheel. I asked for a receipt but was told I would receive one by email which I have not received. I was told the service would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Total service time was 3 hours and now my car is worse off than when I brought it in.
