myVW app didn't allow me to connect to my newly purchased VW. I scheduled an appointment and after two hours of waiting the Service person told me: they tried and it's just not working. I said: So, that's it? She said: yes, they can't fix it. I said: what should I do now? She said: I don't know. Fortunately, there was a manager nearby: he asked what was going on and then said: what do you mean, they can't fix it? It's a new car and should connect to myVW. So, he went to talk to the mechanic and after another hour they fixed it. That was not a nice experience to say the least.
