    I went in for an oil change, as well as to have a few issues looked at, most of which revolve around the stereo infotainment system. I also had flagged issues with it when I was in for my first oil change. The first time they said they couldn’t replicate the issue and reset the system and sent me on my way. This time they said they couldn’t replicate it, I had the most up to date software, and if it happened again, to take a photo of it. I explained the issues happen when I’m driving and I cannot take a picture.

    Associates were very welcoming. Dylan was outstanding. Very friendly and personable. Answered my concerns immediately and efficiently. Purchasing and financing was quick and to the point.

    I was left very unsatisfied with my last visit at the Jack Daniels Dealership. I'm still upset that they replaced parts that didn't need replacement, they kept the car for too long, did not fix any of the problems that I brought the car in for, and returned the car to me in worse condition than I brought it in. The car is now making a noise in the front end that it didn't make before I dropped the car off at the dealership. I always bring my car to the dealership to get the necessary services and happily pay when I need to. The work they did under warranty the last visit has left me upset and not wanting to return because I felt like my time was wasted driving over 1 hour to the dealership from NYC and paying over $25 in tolls to go back to the dealership I bought the car from, just so they can return the car to me still with the problems I took the car in for plus an extra problem it didn't have when I brought it in.
