This was for the standard 10k scheduled maintenance. The car was flawless for the first 9 months I’ve had it, no issues or warning lights at all. Only 2 days after the service, the check oil light comes on. The service department didn’t put enough oil in during the change. I drove approx. 200 miles before the light came on which is 200 miles more than should be driven on an engine with low oil. There is also new scuff on the bottom of my steering wheel at 8 o’clock that was not there before I had the car serviced. Most likely one of the service techs got in or out of the vehicle during the service and their belt or clothing scratched that area of the wheel. I asked for a receipt but was told I would receive one by email which I have not received. I was told the service would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Total service time was 3 hours and now my car is worse off than when I brought it in.
