    Had a 9am appointment. Heard nothing all day from you. Called at 3:45pm to ask about my car. They said my tech was out to lunch and would call me. Never heard back. I called at 5 and was told they needed to keep the car overnight. I asked what the problem was and they said they didn’t know. I asked why and was told they never go a chance to check it out! Next day I heard nothing. I called at 4 and was told they were working on it but needed to keep it overnight. I asked what was wrong with it and she said she’d check. She came back on the phone and said the car is ready for pick up. Noting wrong with it!

    I waited 3 1/2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation and on way home my low tire light came on!!

    It took 3 hours for an oil change to be done. I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and did not receive my car back until 11:00 a.m. there seem to be confusion as to why it was taking so long, and the service advisor did not seem to understand the history of the vehicle based on reports back from the mechanics. The service at this dealership has been steadily declining over the years. I have owned two vehicles from them and nearly 20 years of service I'm getting more and more disappointed at each visit to which may be my last.
