Service in general is good, but it is too much delayed. Messed up my schedule. I had a flat tire and made an appointment two days ago and one person called me a day before asking the tire brand. When I arrived the dealership for repair they did not have a stock meaning that they did not order the tire before the service day.

I want to express my gratitude for James and the excellent service he provided during my recent visit. He was professional, effective, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. James was able to get my car in even after my scheduled appointment, and he made sure I was out of the building before 12 p.m., which I greatly appreciated. He also clearly communicated with me about whether I wanted to move forward with having my brake pads replaced and my tires rotated. His efficiency, respect, and professionalism stood out throughout the entire process. I truly value the service James provided, and I look forward to continuing to work with him as my service consultant.
