I booked an appointment several weeks out at 2:30. I was told there were no loaners for one month with 40 people on the list ahead of me but I kept the appointment. I called at 6pm for an update and the diagnoses had not been done on my car to locate the steering wheel shake and thumping sound. I was told customers should expect to leave their car for 2 to 3 days just to be diagnosed WITHOUT a loaner and to schedule a second appointment WITHOUT a loaner for the repair. I had to get another ride back to take my car since I am a mother and cannot be without the car. It is RIDICULOUS to expect someone to pay $750 lease payment and then to fork over hundreds of dollars for a rental car when their leased car requires service. I have had problems at Jack Daniels in the past including with an Audi and I will not return.
