    I brought my car in for to repair issue from before it was purchased and my experience at the service department was less than acceptable. A part had to be ordered for my Apple car play that continues to disconnect. I was asked if I could leave the vehicle for the weekend without an option of a loaner vehicle. Then I brought it back in on Monday only to not have the item fixed. I was told they didn’t have time to get to it. When in fact I found out later that the part was not in. So I brought it back on Thursday evening for an early Friday appointment of the same week and it took all day for this to be addressed. The car play continues to cut out on me and my overall first experience was horrible. Only positive was the service manager was helpful when she finally got involved

    Your staff called me told me about my oil service needed to be done Set me up with appt and got me right in, don’t get better than that

    My vehicle was in the shop for 45 days, after three weeks of not hearing anything I went to see what was going on. I was told they’ve been trying to contact me to come pick my car up, never called or emailed me once. All of a sudden they haven’t been able to find a single issue with the vehicle and they want their loaner back. My car was there this whole time, and it never even got looked at or driven, the mileage is recorded and the app shows me when the car was moved or driven. No extra miles were put on. When I pointed this out all of a sudden they want to help and figure it out, shop foreman heard the noise but they couldn’t figure out where it was coming from so apparently “it’s normal” is their correction. Even though I was told it’s not normal, I’ve had the exact same car as mine as a loaner and it doesn’t make the noise so make that make sense please Volkswagen?
