    I had big issues with loaner car when dropped off my car. Please just go check out Google reviews why customers complains about the loaner issue. Whoever in charge the loaner car, is incompetent and lack of responsibility who created so much headache for your staff and customs. Lack of communication to cause

    I had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change, I dropped my car off the night before. 3:30 pm I called and my car still wasn’t done, I never received a car from the service department. I starting calling at 4 pm multiple times to find out when my car will be done. No one answered my call till after 5 pm. It’s not right that a oil change takes 10 hours and no one in the service department called to let me know the status.
