I bought the car on May 2. Your sales rep gave me two key fobs. One of them was the key to another vehicle in your lot. I returned the key and he told me that he had taken the other key home. Then he never called me back. Called the dealership on Thursday May 8th. Asked for a manager to call me. No one called me. Went back to dealer, they said they would look for the key. On May 10 I contacted the sales rep. He said that he will have to order me a new key fob, that it will take a week, and that he would call me on Monday May 12th so I can pick up my car mats. Sales rep never called me. I sent the sales rep a text on May 19th stating he never called me. Also called his office left a voice mail. He never called me. On May 20th called the dealership, receptionist told me that the sales rep was looking for my key fob the 19th. She finally got him to call me. I recorded the conversation. Sales rep lied the entire conversation. Even accused me of cursing at him on the phone when I never did. The conversation was recorded. Then he said that he would check on to see where my fob was. Also lied that he had left my mats with the receptionist since last Monday and that I never went to pick them up. Which is a lie. I finally spoke to a manager Doug. Went to see Doug at the dealer and he said he had to order the key fob because it was not done by your sales rep. I let Doug listen to the phone conversation and he stated that the sales was giving me the run around and he could not figure out why. You have have horrible customer service and a lier for sales rep! This is the second car I’ve bought from jack Daniels in a month in 2025. Bought an Audi in April. Also third car I’ve bought from jack Daniels. After I get my fob, I will not return. Totally disappointed in the behavior of your sales rep and customer service.

I want to highlight Mentor for his outstanding salesmanship. His genuine nature and perfect balance of professionalism and kindness truly sold me. He had an instinctive sense of when to give space and when to step in to seal the deal. He was never pushy, just sincere and supportive. Even after the sale, he followed up, which speaks volumes about his dedication. I encountered a minor hiccup post-purchase, and Mentor found a solution immediately without hesitation. Doug, the sales manager, and Jason in finance were also excellent. They were both efficient and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone at the dealership greeted me warmly and treated me with kindness. It was a top-tier experience from start to finish.
