The work was thorough but they were not clear on the timing and credit card charges. The video was posted at 4:30pm then the technician called after 6pm which was late for undertaking any work. We left the car overnight and they didn’t suggest a loan.

The Service Manager was fantastic, took people in the order they got there. Was very personable and drove me home when it looked like the amount of time it would take to fix a computer glitch would be several hours. Only complaint I have is when I went to one of his agents, after waiting 2 hours for the oil change, they told me the car was finished and in the car wash--- 5 more minutes.

Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience most recently when bringing my car in for a recall. When I received notice that the recall part was available whoever I expressed I needed a loaner vehicle. First, I had to wait several weeks for a loaner which I found to be frustrating in itself. After having this appt scheduled well in advance, when I showed up the day of my service I was told there was no loaner available. I was beyond perplexed how this was even occurring. The service person who helped just said sorry people were called. However both my husband and I were not notified. I was also told there is never a guarantee there will be a loaner available. Again, I don’t even understand how this can be a thing. I have never had an issue getting a loaner car from service departments when I had other cars. I ended up having to leave that day and reschedule for the following week however even though I requested it there was still not a loaner available. I fortunately had a friend who could assist in being my transportation that day because the shuttle was also a disgrace. I was told if I got there first thing I would be guaranteed a shuttle. I arrived at 7:40 and the service assistant said she was having the shuttle wait for me which I did appreciate . However when I got in the car there was already a person in the car who needed to go to Garfield. I needed to go to Paramus and it just didn’t make sense I would be driven out of the way when Paramus is the next town over . Again, another frustration. Upon returning to pick up my car that day, I did speak to Aidran who just took over within the last few days. I appreciate him listening and he expressed they are working on fixing this problem. He said he would follow up with me in which he did. I do appreciate his effort. I truly hope that by the time I need another maintenance on my car that there will be loaners readily available, they will be guaranteed when scheduled, not having to wait more than a few days for one and the overall process to be pleasant.
