    The only negative I have about the experience was the lack of communication. I had to call several times to obtain the status as well as request a loaner.

    Overall, my Jetta was serviced well, and after a 2.5 hour!! wait with little communication, I did finally get my Jetta back and it was thoroughly washed and cleaned which made up for the extra hour wait for a routine oil change.

    Very poor communication throughout the repair. Was unable to reach anyone via phone. Left multiple messages without return calls. One time had to drive up to dealership to get an update. Promised to have it back on a certain day, never heard back, and then couldn't reach anyone for an update. Finally reached someone via phone, and was told that someone else had just left me message and to hang up and listen to it. Asked to speak with that person since I was on the phone now, and was finally able to reach them, and was told know, they wouldn't speak with me, and to hang up and listen to the message.

    I have been coming to VW for months and they have been placing oil in my car but, not fixing the issue because the sensor still appeared on the dashboard. This has been an ongoing issue for almost a year. The tech send me a video of the valves needing to be cleaned however, that is something I felt I shouldn’t have to pay for since VW didn’t correct the oil issue. When my car was returned, the next day the engine light appeared and EPC light came out and my car started acting up. Not sure if this car wasn’t checked properly which led to further issues however, I wasn’t happy with the service since I had to take my car back 24 hours later.
