it was nice experience from minutes I stepped into the dealership till I got my leased car, everything was done while I waited, included transferring my plate and changing insurance to the new vehicle, Scott, took care of everything.

Never received a call. Left over 5 messages. Got in touch because I kept calling about my car and when it would be done. Received a text in response to my call, and I called to confirm the car would be ready, was told no...then later yes.

First of all, I want to sincerely thank General Manager Donald Chittum for his professionalism and for the support and assistance throughout this process. I would especially like to extend my appreciation to Service Manager Adrian Bordon for his help, customer care, and clear communication every step along the way. And last but not least, thank you to Assistant Service Manager Allissa Estevez for the outstanding service over the past six years, as well as for arranging the initial loaner car - it made a huge difference while I was waiting.
