Understaffed, too many customers leaving unsatisfied. There is a lot going on at this location.

I had an issue and needed to bring it in 3 times before it was fixed. I was blown off by the tech when I explained my issue for the 2nd time. The manager never followed up or returned my calls. I had to try and beg for a loaner and an appointment and for them to even try and fix it.
