Upon arriving I was quoted and signed for $195, after the oil change and tyre rotation (which took 2 1/2 hours) I was then charged $228. The environmental charge? If you know you’re doing an oil change and need to dispose of the oil, that’s a known fact prior to charging me. Arrived at 10:50 for my 11am appt, at 12:15 the nice girl on reception tells me it’s just going through the wash and nearly done. At 1:15 she tells me cars ready. However despite the additional hour wait, car is not washed. They take it back and send it through. Honestly absolutely awful and I likely won’t be returning despite buying my car at Jack Daniels. The only reason I gave a 2 and not 1 is because the girl at the desk was so courteous and polite

Bought brand new car May 2nd. Sales rep gave me wrong second key fob. After lies from sales rep for approximately 2 weeks telling me he ordered key fob it was discovered that he never did. Additionally no mats. Sales manager got the mats and placed the orders for key fob. But your reps responsible for ordering the key fob failed to order it. I had to keep calling every week to see the status of the key fob. Finally the fob came in but no one called me. Had to call them again on the 9th of June. Then service was going to keep me waiting for an additional two weeks. After explaining their failures they programmed my key on the 12th. No one even offered any type of compensation for the times I had to show up at the dealer requesting my second key fob (which was an item that I paid for). I had to keep calling and finding out your repeated failure in simple customer service. I don’t give you zero stars because the app won’t let me. Horrible experience and customer service! Especially your sales rep.
