It took much longer to deal with my issue than expected, or communicated. The center was short-handed, and everyone I dealt with was great, it was just a long waiting time.

Yet again jack Daniel’s service center drops the ball. After only having an oil change a month ago the check engine light came on. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday picked my car up on Thursday. Not even five minutes after leaving the service center my tire pressure light came on. I proceeded back to the service center where they took my car and reset the sensor. Then the next day my check engine light came on. This is only one issue on the long list of issues that I have continually had with jack Daniel’s service center. Absolutely disappointing!!!!!

I had to wait over 3 hours on a Saturday for an oil change and everyone after me was coming and going with no wait. Guess i didnt have priority because my service was free.
