    I had an issue and needed to bring it in 3 times before it was fixed. I was blown off by the tech when I explained my issue for the 2nd time. The manager never followed up or returned my calls. I had to try and beg for a loaner and an appointment and for them to even try and fix it.

    I chose this rating because when my husband stopped by the service department on a Friday to ask about a leak that he found and he was able to get an appointment for the following Monday. Felix in the service department kept me updated on their progress and told me up front that the car would be ready on Tuesday morning and it was.

    Didn’t fix the problem. Did not bother testing before delivering vehicle. Dis. It bother calling me and telling me to pickup vehicle

    I got to the service center at 7:20 for a 7:30 appointment. The only thing I was there for was an oil change and a check up to see if there were any recalls, etc. The service manager Adrian was very cordial and nice as was his trainee. Things seemed to be progressing well I was told about the oil change taking “about 90 minutes or so” I was approached at 10:20 to let me know that the oil change was completed and that there was a potential issue with my tires. I was told the car was going to be ready shortly and the car would be washed. I saw my car get parked at around 11:05 and finally got out of there at 11:20. I think it’s insane that an oil change would take 4 hours. While the staff apologized it is still unacceptable to have to wait 4 hours for an oil change.
