Good customer service from the service team. Just a reminder that having something on the TV would be nice as well. TV was off during my wait time and it would of been nice to see some other entertainment beside using our phones.

I had an appointment for last Thursday at 8:30 am, I drop off my car Wednesday night. I called Thursday at 12:40 and they didn’t know anything about my car, they told me they will call me . I called again because nobody call me they said a supervisor will call me, I said I need my car that day . The supervisor call me at 5:30 he was very kind and he ask me if I can wait until the next day I said no and told me he will have my car ready in 1 hour. He help me having my car ready. But the team in the Morning the did not check for the drop off cars until the supervisor found that my car was left outside and told the people that is in charge that my car was outside this was at 5:15.. the supervisor and the person at check out they were very kind and patient and apologized for everything
