    I want to express my gratitude for James and the excellent service he provided during my recent visit. He was professional, effective, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. James was able to get my car in even after my scheduled appointment, and he made sure I was out of the building before 12 p.m., which I greatly appreciated. He also clearly communicated with me about whether I wanted to move forward with having my brake pads replaced and my tires rotated. His efficiency, respect, and professionalism stood out throughout the entire process. I truly value the service James provided, and I look forward to continuing to work with him as my service consultant.

    Curtesy cars are not available through the end of the month, despite the agreement. People cannot wait that long for unplanned. Scheduling was giving a 2 week period, and had to drive out to get an urgent appointment. So double the distance to get it done, nit even talking about the time and use of another car to get it fixed. But once there al was fine and timely work. Thanks

    You’re hiring the right people. Allan helped me in service and he is truly the epitome of great customer service!!!, listened diligently to every single thing I asked for. Car came back washed and all taken care of. Allan even escorted me back to my car and fixed an issue between my cell phone and car. I’ve been to many service departments in various dealerships but never once experienced such a great staff. Keep up the great work ! Let Allan know he made a very picky customer very happy 👍👍👍
